Support
Answers to common questions, and how to reach us.
Tell us your TV model, the NABS version (Settings), and what happened. Never include your Source password.
We can help with the app itself. We can't help with channel lists, subscriptions, or account problems at your provider, because NABS isn't connected to any provider. Contact your Source for those.
Getting started
Adding a Source
Open NABS and choose Add Source. Enter the server URL, username, and password from your provider, then Connect Source. The URL usually looks like https://example.com:8080, without any extra path or query text.
Switching or managing Sources
On the NABS start screen, choose Manage Sources to switch Source, update a password, change a server, or remove a Source.
Changing the theme
Open Settings and pick one of eight looks under Appearance. It applies instantly.
Troubleshooting
"The Source could not be reached"
Check that the TV is online and the server URL is exactly as your provider gave it, including http:// or https:// and the port number.
"The Source did not accept that username and password"
Re-enter your credentials carefully. If they're correct, your subscription may have expired; check with your provider.
A channel or movie won't play
Try another channel to see if the problem is the stream or the Source. Some streams use a format your TV can't decode; NABS will tell you when that's the case and try an alternate format where one is available.
The catalog looks out of date
Use Refresh in Live TV, Movies, or Series to download the latest list from your Source.
Secure connection errors
The Source's HTTPS certificate couldn't be verified. NABS won't bypass this for your safety; ask your provider for a valid HTTPS address.
Your data
Everything NABS saves stays on your TV. To delete it, open Manage Sources and remove the Source, or uninstall the app. You can also clear a Source's Recents, Continue Watching, or downloaded catalogs individually. See the Privacy Policy for details.
